This page answers the questions HVAC owners ask most often before they pick services from our menu. The answers above are short on purpose. Below, we go a little deeper on the four topics that decide most buying decisions: money, commitment, ownership and proof.
Frequently asked questions
How much do your HVAC marketing services cost?
Plans are $2,998, $4,498 or $8,998 a month, and website builds are $3,500, $6,500 or $12,500 one-time, in Canadian dollars. Canadian clients add GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). Ad spend paid to Google, Microsoft or Meta is separate and stays on your own accounts.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No lock-in. You start with a 7-day free trial that needs no credit card, and you can stop if the numbers don't justify continuing.
What happens in the 7-day free trial?
Four checks: an audit of your digital marketing, a look at how your website performs, an SEO review and a benchmark against local competitors. You get a shortlist from the menu marked start now, later or skip, with reasons.
How quickly will we see results?
Paid search and Local Services Ads can produce calls within days. Business Profile fixes show early changes within weeks. SEO, content and maintenance-plan growth take months. We tell you which to expect from each item on your shortlist.
We tried an agency before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Usually the old agency measured clicks or leads instead of booked jobs, or sold one channel whether you needed it or not. We start from your goal, pick from the full menu and report cost per booked job by service, so you can see exactly what's working.
Who owns the website, ad accounts and data?
You do. Domains, websites, Google and Meta ad accounts, analytics and call tracking accounts are set up in your name or transferred to you. If you leave, you keep everything.
What do your reports show?
Calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job for each service on your shortlist, plus the supporting numbers behind them. Rankings and traffic appear as context, never as the headline.
Can you promise page one or a number of leads?
No. No honest agency can promise rankings or lead counts. We commit to clear measurement and to telling you early when an item isn't earning its place.
Do you work with small, one-truck HVAC companies?
Yes, though the shortlist is shorter. A one-truck company often needs only a strong Business Profile, a review flow, a few service pages and call tracking before anything else.
Do you work with multi-location or commercial HVAC companies?
Yes. Multi-location companies tend to need the Elite plan's coordination, location pages and dashboards. Commercial work needs different pages and channels, which we plan with you.
Are you an HVAC contractor?
No. We are a marketing and business consulting service for HVAC companies. We don't install, repair or service equipment, and we don't give engineering, inspection or code-compliance advice.
Do you work outside British Columbia?
Yes. We're headquartered in Vancouver and work with HVAC companies in all ten provinces and three territories. Each region page explains which menu items tend to matter most there.
Can you market rebates and financing for us?
Yes, accurately. We build dated pages linked to official program sources and present financing offered by licensed lenders. We don't decide eligibility, quote rates or arrange loans.
What do you need from us to start?
Your website and service area, access to your Google Business Profile and any ad accounts, a rough monthly marketing spend, and the one goal you care most about for the next six months.
Money: what you'll pay and what you'll get
Short answer: a plan fee, separate ad spend and, where needed, a one-time website build. Plan fees and website prices are listed on the pricing page in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST added for Canadian clients based on their province (GST and QST in Quebec). Ad spend goes directly to the platforms on your accounts.
The more useful question is what each dollar returns. Every item on your shortlist is reported as cost per booked job. If you spend $6,000 in a month across fees and ads and book 40 jobs from tracked marketing, you paid $150 per job. Whether that's good depends on your margins, and we work that out with you during the trial.
Commitment: trials, terms and leaving
Short answer: a free start, no lock-in and a clean exit. The 7-day free trial needs no credit card. After it, plans run month to month. If you decide to leave, we hand over logins and files, and nothing is held back. Agencies that hold your website or ad account hostage make leaving expensive, and that's exactly the situation we design against.
A practical tip: whoever you hire, write down on day one the date by which each service must show a result. Ninety days is fair for paid channels and Business Profile work. SEO and content deserve six to twelve months.
Ownership: whose accounts are they?
Short answer: yours, always. Your domain, website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics and call tracking should all be registered to your business, with us added as a user. Check this with any current vendor today. If you can't log in to your own ad account, you don't own your marketing history, and you'll lose it if you switch.
This matters most for call tracking numbers. If the vendor owns them and you leave, the numbers printed on your trucks and flyers can stop working.
Proof: how to judge whether we're any good
Short answer: check named results, then judge us on your own numbers. Our results page shows named HVAC clients with linked sites, such as HVACDeal.ca, which generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. Those numbers are real, but they're someone else's business.
The better test is the trial. You'll see how we audit your marketing, which items we recommend and why, and which we'd tell you to skip. If our reasoning doesn't hold up, you've lost nothing but a week.
Reporting: what you'll see each month
Short answer: one page that starts with booked jobs. Every monthly report opens with the same three lines for each service on your shortlist: calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job. Below that sit the supporting numbers, such as Business Profile views, ad clicks, review count and website conversion rate, and a short note on what changed and why.
The last section is always a decision list: what we recommend keeping, changing or cutting before the next report. If a service hasn't earned its place by its review date, it appears there with our reasoning, even when that means a smaller invoice for us. You can compare this format with any report you get today; our call tracking guide explains how the booked-job numbers are produced.
Still deciding?
Short answer: start with the goal. If you're not sure which services you need, read the goal guide or browse the full menu. Then call, text or email with your question. You'll get a straight answer from a senior strategist.
