Monthly marketing plans

Short answer: three plans, each adding groups from the menu.

Plan Price (CAD) Menu coverage, in brief
Starter $2,998/month The foundations: a site with SEO-built service pages, your Business Profile and local SEO, a basic start in Google and Meta ads, hosting, upkeep and a monthly report
Growth $4,498/month Starter's foundations, then deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, a CRM link, review generation and a weekly report
Elite $8,998/month Growth's full scope, then video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your spec

How the menu maps to the plans

Short answer: Starter covers the foundations, Growth adds the measurement and scale, Elite adds the extras. Using our seven menu groups:

  • Starter fits the local search group, the website foundations and a basic start in paid search. It suits a company whose goal is to get found and called reliably.
  • Growth adds the items that most often move cost per booked job: retargeting, multi-channel paid search, CRM integration and review generation. It suits companies running two or more paid channels.
  • Elite adds video, PR and a dedicated account manager, which make sense for multi-location companies or those with a strong brand to build.

Some menu items, such as maintenance-plan campaigns, rebate-page monitoring or call scoring, aren't named in the published plan summaries. Where your shortlist includes them, we scope them in writing and confirm how they fit your plan before you commit.

What drives your total cost

Short answer: four things, and only one is our fee.

  1. Ad spend. Paid to the platforms directly. It's usually the biggest variable, and it should rise and fall with the season.
  2. Market competition. A contested city costs more per click and per lead than a small town.
  3. Starting point. A company with no service pages, no reviews and no tracking needs more foundation work in the first months.
  4. Number of groups. Every group you add needs budget and attention. Fewer, properly funded items beat many thin ones.

Does a plan pay for itself? A check you can run

Short answer: work out how many extra booked jobs cover the fee, then judge whether that's realistic.

Take the Growth plan at $4,498 a month; with 5% GST, as in BC or Alberta, that is about $4,723. Add $3,000 a month in ad spend for a total of roughly $7,723. If your average booked job carries $650 in gross margin, you need about 12 extra booked jobs a month to break even. If one in ten of those jobs later becomes a $3,500-margin replacement, the real break-even is lower still.

Run the same sum with your own numbers. If the answer is a number of jobs your team couldn't handle, or a number your market can't produce, choose a smaller plan or fewer groups.

How to choose

Short answer: let the goal pick the plan.

  • Need to be found and called: Starter.
  • Already spending on ads across channels and need to know what works: Growth.
  • Several locations, a brand to build and a team to coordinate: Elite.

Not sure? The 7-day free trial includes a marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, and ends with a recommendation. Read the FAQ for contract and ownership questions, or go straight to contact.

Frequently asked questions

Is ad spend included in the plan price?

No. Plan fees cover our work. Money paid to Google, Microsoft or Meta for ads is separate and goes on your own accounts, so you can always see exactly what was spent.

Is there a long-term contract?

No lock-in. You can start with the 7-day free trial, which needs no credit card, and decide afterwards whether a plan makes sense for you.

Can we start on Starter and move up?

Yes, and that's often the sensible route. Start with the items your goal needs, prove they work, then add groups as the cost per booked job justifies it.

Do prices include GST or HST?

No. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec).

Are services outside a plan's description extra?

Anything not described in a plan's published summary is scoped and quoted in writing before you commit. You'll never see a surprise line on an invoice.
